The service will be led by Rabbi Norman Patz and Cantor Natasha Hirschhorn.

 Arnošt Kareš, the Consul General of the Czech Republic in New York and Milan Vrbovský, the Consul General of the Slovak Republic in New York will participate at the event.

In the Memorial Program, David Maxa, a Reform Rabbi in Prague and other places in the Czech Republic, will discuss his work and service with the Czech Jewish community.
