Limited visa services are provided in accordance with the Government Decree No. 200, as amended by Governmental Decrees No´s 309 and 79, based on Act No. 175/2022 Coll., on Other Measures connected to the Armed Conflict on the Territory of Ukraine Caused by the Invasion of the Russian Federation Army.

Limited visa services are provided to certain family members of EU citizens, certain family members of third-country nationals, certain Belorussian students, or regime opponents and dissidents who can prove their pro-democracy and human rights-related activities - mainly through the Civil Society Program.
