Article by Minister Lipavský in the Ottawa Citizen on the 25th anniversary of the Czech Republic accession to NATO

"25 years ago, NATO welcomed 3 new members — and changed history". This is the title of an article by the Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Lipavský, published in the Ottawa Citizen on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the entry of the Czech Republic into the North Atlantic Alliance.
