M. Halíková was accompanied by the members of the Committee MPs Stanislav Berkovec, Karel Pražák and Josef Uhlík. Besides talks with a delegation of the partnership Committee on Public Administration and Regional Development, the delegation had meetings at the Ministry for Regional Development and Public Administration and the National Housing Agency.

The visit aimed at strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation. The Czech side focused, among others, on organization and financing of public administration, use of EU funds, modalities of the government support to regional development and government housing policy.
