Pavel Šporcl in Bucharest

On 23 – 24 October 2014, the Czech violin virtuoso Pavel Šporcl had two concerts in Bucharest.
The concerts took place in the Great Hall of the Romanian Atheneum. P. Šporcl performed the Concerto for violin and orchestra in A minor op. 53 by Antonín Dvořák, accompanied by the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by its permanent conductor Horia Andreescu. P. Šporcl rewarded excited audience with encores (Paganini).
On behalf of the Embassy of the Czech Republic, Tomáš Vostrý, Deputy-Head of Mission, congratulated the soloist.
