Concerts of Mozart's Requiem in Limassol and Nicosia

As part of the Year of Czech Music, a concert of Requiem in D minor, K. 626 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart will be held on Wednesday 24 April 2024 in Limassol at the Rialto Theatre and on Thursday 25 April 2024 in Nicosia at the Strovolos Municipal Theatre. Both concerts start at 20:30. Tickets can be purchased on the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra website.
ZU Nicosia is co-organising the concerts with financial support from Unicars.

The concerts performed by the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra under the direction of conductor Gregory Buchalter will take approximately 60 - 70 minutes.

The soloists will be Marista Anastasiades (soprano), Margarita Elia (mezzo-soprano), Andreas Aroditis (tenor) and Martin Vodrážka (baritone). The choir Aris from Limassol (choirmaster Solon Kladas), the Choir of the Czech Technical University (choirmaster Jan Steyer) and Chorus Carolinus Kladno (choirmaster Karel Jan Procházka) will also perform.
