Processing and protection of personal data

118 00 Prague 1 – Hradčany, ID: 45769851, hereinafter referred to as "MZV", as a personal data administrator, processes and protects personal data in the performance of its tasks in accordance with its obligations arising from applicable legal regulations, regarding processing and protection of personal data.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs the data subjects with whom it comes into contact about the manner and extent of processing of their personal data, including the extent of the data subject's rights related to the processing of personal data.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation personal data), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and further in accordance with other relevant legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
